Our on-site training and support services have been appreciated by our clients for years. Rather than sit through a class, then try to repeat those steps you learned on your own, we come to you. Sitting at your own computer, in your own offices, we install and train you and your staff on-site. Then, if you have any questions we can come back for additional sessions, or you can call with specific questions.
We also order products for your company, so you can resolve any questions or concerns prior to purchase.
We provide this range of services for two established hourly rates.
For services including installation, setup, training and support (including telephone support) we bill at our standard rate. (contact us for our current hourly rate.)
For outsourced billing services our rates are reduced. Rates are subject to change without notice.
